Shipping & Returns
After your order is processed, please allow 2-4 business days for Stock Bats to depart our warehouse. Custom bats may take up to 7-14 days to be sent out. From this point, transit times are stated based on the shipping rate chosen at checkout.
We may replace items if they are defective or damaged from the manufacturer. If you need to exchange it for the same item, submit a request at our "Contact" page and we will assist you right away.
Returns & Refunds
All bats must be unused & in new condition to be eligible for a return, with proof of original purchase. All sales on custom bats are final & ineligible for returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost & insurance.
